Hello Everyone—
I understand you all just finished your gathering - I hope you’re as excited as I am with the good news. Last time I sent you all a message, I expressed the following: “I believe in this team. You all are some of the most dedicated and innovative creators we have had the opportunity to work with - and we’re excited for that relationship to endure.”
With your dedication and flexibility, especially over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.
The player input from last fall’s Project ETHOS playtest was informative. It affirmed the promise of a action-packed game but indicated we still had refinements needed. It uncovered the need for a sharper identity.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve come. You embraced the input to consideration and reimagined the title with a revitalized vision - one that’s poised to fulfill its potential to our players.
The belief in this project increases every day. To boost the incredible progress you’ve made, It is a pleasure to introduce the new hire as the new Director of 31st Union. Following a period of talks, Ben officially joins us on Monday, October 20.
His management and expertise in the PVP shooter space is vast, having spent the past decade and a half developing and overseeing some of the most recognizable titles in gaming, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, the battle royale hit.
Let’s together in welcoming him in the coming days. We are all looking forward to persist seeing the progress of the game in the weeks to ahead.
David
