Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
